Publications & Publicity Committee (PubCo)
The 43rd Publications and Publicity Committee aims to streamline communication between the school, the Council and the students. The committee does this by managing a multitude of social media platforms, namely Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and HCunite - all of which are frequently updated with fresh content, so be sure to give them all a look. PubCo also produces Hwa Chong’s very own in-house publication, MOCH (Hwa Chong’s Own Magazine). Conceptualised as a trilogy of issues for the coming year, and with a redesigned concept, we promise you exciting content that aims to capture the essence of life in Hwa Chong. Though you may not see us often, we come through in every pixel and every drop of paint in council's websites and banners. Whether it's hours adjusting alignments, or painting banners, we work in hope that we make Hwa Chong a more beautiful and vibrant home for all of us!

Ryan is fun-loving and will not reject any invitation, whether it is to a karaoke sing-off or hours of street soccer. He also likes to be a listening ear to others and will not hesitate to hear about your problems.
Art Director / Chan Yi Xuan
This is Yi Xuan, from 16S6F. A pretty boring person that seems awkward at first. But if you’re closer to him, he could be quite a chatterbox. An avid aviation enthusiast that likes to travel around the world. Called “no-life” by others and he is really bad at truth or dare.

I'm a really chill guy who loves playing sports and looking at really aesthetic stuff! I absolutely love tech and can talk about it all day. I spend too much time reading all kinds of stuff, from classic literature to random pages on Reddit.
MOCH Coordinator / Joshua Lim
Putting the “Loud” in “Live Loud Live Proud”, Joshua never fails to make his lame jokes and controversial ideas heard. Yet, what follows this noise is no empty vessel. Joshua is dedicated and gives 100% in everything he does, and is sure to channel his passion for the school into positive action.

Being always full of sunshine, Yanhua seeks to brighten up school life. She loves the French language and for her, council was Louvre at first sight! Committed and driven by the passion to serve, she will work hard to deliver her best in all things she undertakes.
