CANDELA
Candela is the SI base unit of luminous intensity. Parallel to our group name, we want to light up the lives of fellow Hwachies though bringing fun and positivity. Sharing striking similarities to the word candle, Candela also represents the spirit which we believe in. That is, when one candle lights up another candle, the brightness of its flame will not be diminished. Likewise, when we serve the student population, our spirit of serving will not be dampened either. Instead, our flame burns with greater intensity and we hope to inspire more to join us in forging a strong Hwa Chong spirit. Lastly, we make everything CAN DE LA!!!

Choo Ting Xuan
Ting Xuan is literally a ball of sunshine. She radiates positive vibes and never fails to make your day! She is lowkey childish but that doesn't make her any less responsible and helpful. Say hi to her to hear a chirpy "good morning!" at any time of the day!
Gao Yiting
Yiting has an unlimited collection of nicknames thanks to the fact that her name is very pun-worthy. Some of her friends call her Yi-than, others Eating. She loves theatre, kdramas, shopping, scrapbooking, the colour yellow, but most importantly, bringing more smiles and laughter to people around her :-)
Soh ZhiHong
This ZhiHong, he likes being adventurous and wild. Many people call him childish and delusional but he believes that he's just a small boi growing up :-) That being said, he hopes that everyone can be happy so if you ever feel down, don't be afraid to go to him!
