WELFARE COMMITTEE

 

A closely-knit team, the Welfare Committee aims to serve the school with all sincerity in heart and dedication, by implementing effective and feasible welfare initiatives and ensuring that the needs of the student population are addressed and well taken care of. Adopting an objective stand, the committee serves as a bridge of communication between the school administration and student population; To provide a listening ear to students and to voice their desires to the school, and to explain the school’s stand and rationale to the students. Through this link, the Welfare Committee hopes to establish understanding and achieve transparency between both entities. In essence, the committee strives to create a more conducive environment, to make the Hwa Chong experience more comfortable and memorable for both staff and students alike. Because in WelCo, “Your Welfare is our Affair”.
