The following is only a summary of the Elections Process and does not contain all the details of the elections. The Elections Information Booklet (found in the Downloads tab) contains more in depth information of the process, as well as important contacts and the rules and regulations of the elections. We advise all candidates to thoroughly read through the Elections Information Booklet to ensure they are fully versed with the elections procedure.

Council Welcome Tea: 21 February OR 22 February, 1630-1830, at LT 1
(You should only come for one of the sessions!)
Sign Ups: 18 February, 0700 - 26 February, 2100
Sign Up for Interview Slots: 18th February, 1730 - 26 February, 2100
Release of Interview Slots: 27 February, 1200
Interviews: 28 February (Monday) - 6 March (Wednesday)
Exposé: 8 March


Approval of Materials I (AoM I): 11 March, 2200h
Approval of Materials II (AoM II): 22 March, 0900h - 1200h
Approval of Introduction of Candidates Proposals: 29 March, 2200h
Note that these deadlines are to be strictly adhered to and that preparation should be done prior to these dates
Introduction of Candidates (IoC): 3 April, 1330h-1530h
Campaigning: 1 April, 0600h - 8 April, 0930h
Q&A and General Elections: 8 April, 0800h-0930h
